Dear Unit Owners and Residents,
The City of Miami Beach has approved the permit for our roof replacement project. Envirotech Roofing Group is scheduled to begin work this week, starting with the installation of a trash chute for roof demolition between Wednesday, April 29th and Thursday, April 30, 2026.
The chute will be located on the north side of the building. Please be advised that some parking areas may be temporarily blocked during the demolition process to allow the truck to collect debris.
